The product, in the report: pink and red dress, can can type dress. Light pink ruffles waist down.
My five year old was playing dress up with her play clothes. She was wearing a Walmart play dress with a wire hoop in the skirt. The glue connecting the wire separated leaving two sharp ends exposed. She has a deep cut on the inside of her thigh. The dress was in great shape prior to the incident. She did not generally play with that particular dress.
