The product, in the report: 3 piece sweatsuit and t-shirt from target. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Nickelodeon brand. Grey pants with green stripe, green character t-shirt and grey hoodie. Size 4T.
We purchased a 3 piece Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle outfit (also sold in Superman and Batman and maybe others) in December from Target. Light grey sweatpants with green stripe, grey hoodie and green character tshirt. Nickelodeon brand, size 4T.
During a regular wash cycle this week the zipper attachment piece fully detached from the zipper (not just the pull section but the full thing. This occurred in the wash and should not have easily detached, especially given that this is an article of clothing for young children and it poses a great safety/choking hazard. Luckily, it detached in the wash and not while being worn.
