The product, in the report: Baby unisex 24 month Onsie snap

This caller is reporting that she purchased a package of three size 24 moths football theme onesies for her one year old son October 14th, 2016 online and received them around October 21st, 2015. She was changing the baby’s diaper February 5th, 2016 when she heard a clink sound then found part of the snap to his onesie on the floor. She examined the onesie and saw that the prong portion of the snap was still intact. She is reporting this incident as a potential choking hazard because if her baby had found the piece to the snap he could have put it in his mouth and choked on it. There are no injuries being reported. She has not been able to identify the manufacture and so has not contacted them but she has used the online form for the retailer in an attempt to notify them of the incident. She has not heard from this as of this date.
