The product, in the report: Mud Pie pink unicorn socks for baby

I bought my 9 month old daughter the pink unicorn socks by Mud Pie and within 5 minutes she had the ear off and in her mouth. Luckily I saw her and got it out of her mouth before she choked on it. I then took her socks off and the horn of the unicorn was almost completely off as well.

The product, in the report: Female Child’s Pants

Mother/Caller purchased outfit for her two yr old daughter in the gift shop at the hospital where she works as nurse. The pants have straps to hang on hanger and child’s left wrist became trapped in the strap on left side of pants while in daycare.

Daycare informed caller that her daughter had the strap very tightly wound her left wrist and that they thought they were going to have to cut them off.

She has no injury to her arm and appears to be fine.

Caller is reporting so that other parents will be aware of this incident and the potential for other children to be harmed.

She contacted the manufacturer via email and they have asked for pictures.
