The product, in the report: Majestic brand baby bodysuit, bearing the logo of the Dodgers baseball team. Blue shirt with gray piping and writing. Three snaps at the crotch, two of which broke.
Two snaps broke apart on a Majestic brand baby shirt (bearing a baseball team logo) producing small sharp metal pieces, definitely small enough to swallow. For both snaps, the rivet separated from the snap fastener, causing both sides to detach from the fabric. The shirt was purchased new and worn only a handful of times. We only discovered the snap had broken when we noticed a small metal piece on the floor - one of the rivets. It was a small, shiny metal ring with 5 sharp prongs.
