The product, in the report: Gray to black (charcoal) Women’s workout pants - Liz Claiborne - Petite - XL - Made in Jordan - Thicker material. Questions about what occurred before and after shipment (who was present, what chemical or poison was on the material). The pants had been purchased online during a large JCPenney’s sale (60-80% off). I no longer have this information. I attempted to bring-up the receipt information online, but it was not available. Possibly, shipped from Indiana. Currently, I still have the pants. If you need to test the pants, I will ship. If unsafe to ship, stop by and pick it up. May use my name with JCPenney’s to track order and phone number. Depending on who was present before and after shipping is what I am concerned about. If someone is not directly responsible with some type of authority and permissions, I do not want them knowing the details and my information.

I bought a pair of workout pants from JCPenney’s several months back and left them in the bag. Before wearing, I washed the pants, I wore them for 30 minutes because the material had been irritating my skin in early June, so I decided to wash them again. On 6-18, 2023, after washing several times, I decided to wear them again. I had been wearing them for an hour, the material on right side leg started to irritiate my skin. I took them off. During this week, my right leg had been recovering from a bad bruise (used [REDACTED] to heal the bruise). My leg started to clear-up, but I formed what to appeared to be a rash on the back of leg. It’s wear the pants had been irritiating my leg behind the knee. Also, I had heat rash too. I believe there’s a combination of factors that lead to the bacterial infection on my leg (symptoms: Large red rash appearance, stinking and burning pain, and spread over my right leg to the left leg. I had not been working in the yard and not at all around plants. With sweating and movement, the area on my left leg became worst. To subside the burning and itching, I used to alcohol to clean and calamine to ease the burning and redness. I had to visit the doctors and ER, finally being correctly treated by my doctor’s office (not the ER). JCPenney’s pants were shipped by [REDACTED]. Product Liz Claiborne XL - Made in Jordan - Product number 85-19-039-A. Recalling everything and trying to piece together what occurred and may have happened...these pants felt awful wearing. The full break out of the rash occurred between Tuesday, June 25th through June 27th and became worst throughout the July 4th holiday.
