The product, in the report: The product is a blue, grey and yellow zip up fleece jacket w/ pants outfit.
I was getting my baby dressed and went to put on a brand new jacket that we had purchased for him and when I unzipped it I found that there was no mechanic for preventing the zipper slider/pull tab from coming off of the teeth. It slid right off of the top of the track right near where a baby would have their mouth. I believe this presents a very serious choking hazard.
