The product, in the report: Black hooded t-shirt with colorful “bat” symbols from the Batman.

We bought this shirt at a local consignment sale last night. Our oldest wore it to school today but before school he had to go have a chest X-ray. The X-ray tech let him keep his shirt on at first, but after two attempts was shocked as she realized the colored batman symbols in his shirt have LEAD in them. She said she’d never seen anything like it before and showed how it disrupted the images. She suggested we report it somebody and to make sure he doesn’t chew on his shirt like some kids do. It’s not a vintage shirt. It was likely manufactured in the last few years.
