The product, in the report: Orange blouse 3/4 sleeve metal rings down the arms and around the neck
My daughter had given me a $50 blouse from chico’s clothing store.I tried it on over a shirt I had on,it fit I liked it so through the receipt away. The blouse has metal rings going down the arms and around the neck when I went to wear it the metal rings were so cold it irritated my skin and was not able to wear it,then I thought if I wore this out in the summer the metal rings could get very hot and burn my skin.I don’t have sensitive skin any wearing it would have the same results.
