  1. No one hurt

The product, in the report: Cat and Jack Children school Uniform Clothing

I have been purchasing School Uniform pants from Target for my 6 year old. The brand is Cat and Jack. The pants are Beige and Navy Blue in color. These pants have a two piece slip on type clamp to keep the pants buckled. The clamp that is connected to the right side of the pants continues to detach from the pants. Although this is a huge quality concern the other, more serious concern is that this piece has very sharp ends that are supposed to be clamped on to a part of the [ants. However, this is that part that comes off, and could possibly get stuck in the children’s clothes or even worse, their shoes causing this safety hazard. I have bought about 10 pair of these pants, and four of them have had this defect. Target did take back the first two pair that this happened to, but I have had two more since, but have yet to take them back.
