The product, in the report: Product from Target Toddler Girls 3Pk Ms Rachel Cosplay Denim Overalls and Short Sleeve with Headband Set - Pink 12M
I purchased a clothing item from Target Toddler Girls 3Pk Ms Rachel Cosplay Denim Overalls and Short Sleeve with Headband Set. I bought this in size 12 months for my 10 month old baby. As I was fastening the overall a button came off and the button was fastened with a small screw. Had this come off from a baby pulling on the button, the baby could easily come in contact with the loose button (choking hazard) or the screw (choking hazard and perforation risk). I believe this is an unsafe product for children under 3.
