The product, in the report: Leggings/pants size 18 months
Caller is reporting choking hazard on pair of size 18 months leggings/pants purchased in March 2012. Pants are originally part of a three piece set.
Four button type decorations on bottom of each pants leg are sewn loosely, a couple have come off. Each is approximately a bit less than the size of a dime.
She caught the falling of the decorations from the pants on two separate instances but believes that if she had not and her baby had picked them up instead then they would have represented a choking hazard.
She contacted the retailer on December 10th, 2012 by phone and was advised that she had to go to one of the store locations to be assisted.
There have been no injuries.
