  1. No incident, no one hurt

Made May 8, 2021, sent to the company May 12, 2021, published by CPSC May 26, 2021

The product, in the report: Touched by Nature It was an Organic Cotton Sleep and Play, color “Butterflies”, size 6-9 months. It came in a 3-pack purchased on Amazon by my sister as a gift. There was also a pink SNP with a vine pattern and a pink and cream striped SNP sold with it.

Zipper pull detached from a Sleep and Play outfit made by Touched by Nature. I found the pull sitting on top of the dryer lint trap when taking the clothes out and identified the garment it came off of. It was a 6-9 month sized garment. I promptly threw it away. It was scary seeing that it detached via normal laundering (there was no prior indication of damage to garment) given that my little one chews on the neckline area, zipper areas and cuffs of her clothing when going to sleep or waking up from naps, or when she doesn’t have a teether immediately within reach.
