  1. No one hurt

Made Feb 16, 2023, sent to the company Feb 24, 2023, published by CPSC Mar 10, 2023

The product, in the report: Onesies brand by Gerber. Size 0-3m. From Walmart. Code on tag - 18439 G02 (0221) 46-774 White sleeper, with pink seems. Unicorn& rainbow pattern with clouds, stars, hearts and swirls on it.

Yesterday I went to get my 2 month old dressed in her sleeper by the brand Onesies (in Walmart.) When I went to button the clasp (that holds the zipper down) at the top of the sleeper I noticed the clasp was barley hanging on and when trying to button it, it actually came off. She had only worn this sleeper on 3 other occasions. I feel as if this is a huge choking hazard. No injuries occurred, thankfully I caught it. But what would’ve happened had I not? Hopefully it was just one faulty sleeper but you just never know, so I wanted to report it just in case.
