The product, in the report: Size 12 months MON Petit one piece footie pajamas blue with basketballs, hoops, stars and numbers/jerseys

I was dressing my 8 month old in his new pajamas, and while I was zipping it up the zipper pulled right off. A small piece of metal went flying and almost hit him in the eye, and the pull itself was in my hand. If HE had pulled it off, he could have choked and died. And it was literally just enough pressure to pull a zipper up, it should NOT have come off. And they are brand new, never worn, washed once.
