The product, in the report: Pajamas set, onesie and pants for baby. Onesie has a V-neck line with 2 buttons
Baby onesie has 2 little buttons on V-neck neck. When I try to put the onesie on my 3 mo old I noticed that one of the buttons was missing. I found it under his neck. The button was loose either for a fabric defect or because of regular washing. The button was small enough to be ingested and possibly cause obstruction of the airways
