Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Joe Boxer pajama pants The label is UPC# 74716432525, SEAS: 405, RN# 47872, and GPU# KWKM-0510

Purchased a pair of Joe Boxer Flame Resistant Pajama pants. When they were near a campfire they melted. I am unable to get ahold of the manufacturer. Joe Boxer has a website but no contact information. The brand Joe Boxer is owned by Iconix but they have told me they do not manufacture the product. The product was manufactured in Cambodia and purchased at Kmart. There is a UPC number on the item but it is not registered anywhere. I do not know who else to contact as this item is clearly defective and not flame resistant.
