The product, in the report: Faded Glory, 100% polyester flame resistant boys fleece pajamas, size 4-5. Camouflage green print (RN 72602 24M)

My 4 yr old son received new pajamas for Christmas. They were the Faded Glory brand. 100% Polyester and flame resistant. They were a boys size 4-5 in camouflage green. The code on the tag is RN 72602 24M. Made in Cambodia. He put them on yesterday before I had a chance to wash them. Within 2 hours, he had broken into a lobster red rash/hive from head to toe and was experiencing extreme itching, wheezing and vomited. We believe the pajamas are the cause of this reaction. He has never had any sensitivities to materials before and has no known allergies. The pajamas were the only new thing introduced into his environment. We rushed him to the ER and he was given a steroid treatment and thankfully has made a full recovery. I want to make other parents aware of this potential hazard and report this product as a potential danger. I can’t help but wonder if the chemicals are unsafe?
