The product, in the report: Banana Split Kids is selling a girls set for Christmas with red and white stripes and 3 Santa Claus appliques running down the torso. The items are sold as sets for boy’s and girl’s and are sold as “2 Piece Sets” despite being cut and looking exactly like pajamas. There’s no tags indicating they are flame retardant or snug fitting so I’m unsure of their safety on children.
2 piece sets of children’s clothing are being sold as playwear by Banana Split Kids, a children’s clothing manufacturer. They are cut and fit exactly like pajamas however. They are not being sold as a pajamas despite them fitting and looking like children’s pajamas. I’m unsure that these are flame retardant as there is no tag specifying if they are flame retardant or not.
