The product, in the report: Childs Pajamas, Boys 6/7, Angry Birds

Purchased childs pajamas from Walmart. Child complained of severe pain from garment. Removed the pajama top and found a sewing needle embedded in the seam of the armpit. Replaced the garment back on the child and later when the child went to remove the garment, the child screamed in pain again. A second search of the garment revealed a second needle embedded in the seam of the arm. Both needles had to be removed with pliers.
