The product, in the report: KISS Ionic Smoothing Brush (cordless), Gold Edition Batch # NR1120
I was brushing my daughter’s hair with the KISS ionic smoothing brush (cordless) when she and I received a shock generated from the brush. We were sitting on the couch, with her in front of me while I brushed her hair, she felt a strong shock on the bottom of both of her buttocks, and I felt a milder shot on the bottom of my thighs. We immediately stopped using the product that we purchased less than two weeks ago.
