The product, in the report: triple fold lighted makeup mirror
product JERDON triple-fold lighted mirror (MODEL # JGL9W (CAT. NO. EM-8). I have owned the mirror about 1 year. Small burn marks started appearing on the lower left (outer) side of the mirror near on/off switch. I also started notice tiny burn marks on my wall and sink counter. Finally turned the mirror on, I could see a flash of fire inside, again in this same area of the mirror. I pulled the plug right away, the fire extinguished and the mirror smoked. I have not discarded the mirror if pictures are needed for proof.
