Caller is reporting that the handle of luggage while pulling down to the suitcase level pinches the user, she stated that her 4 and 5year old grandchildren was pinched by the handled causing blood blisters.
3/2017 The company was contacted and they advised her that the luggage was too old for them to assist her. She stated that they had been multiple incidents since 2015.
Caller feels that the design of this luggage is unsafe and should be reported.
