The product, in the report: T-mobile childrens watch manufactured by Quana Computers per T-mobile
My child’s T-mobile watch and/or charger melted, exploded and almost caught on fire. The watch was on the charger provided to us by T-mobile and using the cord provided by T-mobile. It was placed on the charger around 9pm on 5/30/21 and we noticed a vague metallic burning smell on the morning of 5/31/21. We discovered it was the watch and/or charger. We unplugged the charger immediately. The watch and charger were hot to the touch with the plastic melted off an charred in appearance. Thankfully, no injuries occurred to person or property but it absolutely would have if we had not found it before we left home for the day.
