The product, in the report: Apple iWatch series 7

I have worn an Apple iWatch for many years (several different styles, the one I currently wear was new two years ago) but in the past approximately three months I have been having a round, red, raised, non painful but blistered lesion on my skin directly underneath the watch sensors. If the watch is left off of my skin/not worn, the lesion will resolve in about a week. However, this is an expensive product and should not be causing these sorts of issues. Thank you.
