First aid Made Feb 11, 2012, sent to the company Feb 21, 2012, published by CPSC Mar 6, 2012
The product, in the report: Man’s quartz Italian wrist watch with leather band provided free with order from Haband.com
I received a free Milagro Quartz 90L watch from Haband with my order today. I wore the watch immediately and immediately I scratched my finger and then my wrist. The watch has four sharp corner on the back of the face housing and then four sharp corners on the back of where the leather strap is fastened. This means there are 8 chances of me scratching myself badly everytime I put this watch on. The watch itself is good looking and appears to work well, but I doubt that it is worth the $50 value stated in their promo material. It has a fake meaningless subdial on its face that is impressive to look at but does absolutely nothing.

Seen by a doctor or nurse Made Nov 17, 2011, sent to the company Nov 25, 2011, published by CPSC Dec 9, 2011
The product, in the report: Men’s gold-colored “Italian Styled” wristwatch and simulated alligator leather watchband.
I placed a merchandise order with Haband (www.haband.com) and received a free gift that was offered for any purchase. The gift was a men’s wristwatch with a simulated alligator leather watchband. The appearance & design of the watch is quite nice, but when the watch is worn, the four “corners” of the part of the watch where the watchband attach to the watch, which are VERY SHARP and lacerate the back of the wrist in four places. I am a retired licensed Paramedic & am careful and accurate in my choice of words when describing the wounds caused by this wristwatch: I DID mean laceration, NOT just scratches! I have photographed both the wounds and the wristwatch. Simply wearing this wristwatch WILL (not “may”) result in lacerations to the posterior wrist!
The lacerations are definitely NOT life-threatening and do not require the attention of a physician, but do tend to bleed profusely and are subject to infection unless the wounds are properly cleansed and dressed.
