The product, in the report: Fitbit Sense smartwatch
I have had multiple unsafe products from Google: 1 Fitbit Ionic and 2 Fitbit Sense smartwatches. Eventually these products get so hot while charging that they cause burns. This has been well documented by lawsuits, but they refuse to recall any of their products besides the Ionic, and refuse to replace defective products.

Hurt, no treatment Made May 20, 2024, sent to the company May 23, 2024, published by CPSC Jun 7, 2024
The product, in the report: Fitbit Versa 4 Black (or graphite in color) About the size of my wrist (in the shape of a square) My order number was [REDACTED]
Late Saturday 5/18/2024 into early morning Sunday 5/19/2024. I woke up and felt an extreme stingy sensation on my wrist. I removed my Fitbit Versa 4 and saw the my skin was extremely red under the device itself (not the band I wear). I took the device off and the skins was moist (like a fresh wound). I realized the my device must have heated up during the night because the sensation felt like a burn. As the day progressed, blisters started to form around wear the device would be in contact with my skin. The blisters are in a large clump around where the top of the device would be. I reached out to Fitbit and they took my information. I have recorded the burn with pictures and their case number they gave me.
UPDATED ON 6/12/2024: [I have reviewed the comment back from Google Fitbit and they have stated I have not sent back the device.
As part of this is true, they did not mention how they have asked for the original bands from the device, and I reached back out to them regarding this and they have not told me either way if they would accept the device or not.
They have also mentioned I have continued to use the device. Since I was burned by my device it has NOT been on my wrist. Whatever information they are getting from this is false. I have picked it up and moved it. That is it. ]

The product, in the report: Grey sports smartwatch
FitBit Versa caused a rash on both my arms after use. I tried to not wear it on one arm during the night, but then the other arm started getting a rash. I’ve worn it loosely but then it defeats the purpose of having a watch because I need to see the time, and it needs to record my heart rate.
