The product, in the report: Device name model: Amazfit Bip 5 Smartwatch, 46mm Polycarbonate Plastic, Black color,
The incident occurred during normal daily use. I wore the device overnight while sleeping, as is my standard practice. Upon waking and removing the watch to shower, I experienced a strong burning sensation and discovered a fresh wound on my wrist. This injury was located exactly where the watch sensors and underside make contact with the skin. The product was being used as intended, and I was the sole user. Unfortunately, the burn has since healed into a permanent scar. Although I previously reported this incident to your team, I have yet to receive any investigation findings or an acknowledgment of the injury. I have documented both the injury and the condition of the device with photographs, which are available for your review.
