The product, in the report: Glitter Bottle Necklace
The consumer was baby sitting her grand daughter. She says the product is a bottle pendant filled with glitter. She thought pendant was made of hard plastic but its actually made with thin glass. Her grandaughter had product in her mouth and was gagging, choking and foaming at the mouth. The consumer rinsed her mouth and made her spit out with her head down and got product out of her mouth after 5-10 minutes to get it out. The consumer picked up some small glass pieces on the floor and it cut her twice. She says it is very thin, sharp plastic. She contacted the retailer who was very apologetic and offered an even exchange.
