The product, in the report: Ten Little Splash Sandals size 6 purple

My 2 year old daughter was wearing shoes from the brand Ten Little called splash sandals. When we went to take them off, the velcro attached to the strap came clean off. Fortunately, we noticed it before she did, but the shoe both wasn’t fastened anymore and the [REDACTED] that came off is small enough to be a choking hazard. There were no injuries. The [REDACTED] in previous iterations of the shoe was sewn on to prevent it from coming off of the shoe.
