No one hurt Made Feb 6, 2022, sent to the company Feb 8, 2022, published by CPSC Feb 23, 2022
The product, in the report: Fringe boot wraps for toddlers with charms. The beads were about 1cm small, they were circles a d falling off. There were also rivets about the same size falling off too. White and sparkly.
I purchased a pair of boots and boot wraps from a handmade shop called simply fringe vip on [REDACTED] www.simplyfringe.com is her website. There were charms on these wraps and extremely small parts and when they showed up they were all falling off, she has stated that she’s exempt from being fully compliant but I’m not sure how true this is. She had no choking hazard stickers of warnings on the package either. They were made for a 2 year old and she could have easily choked had she ran into another room with them
