I was using the Shoe Gear Flexible Shoe Horn to put my left heel into my shoe. I was struggling to get the shoe heel to stand up correctly and apparently pulled HARD on the shoe horn. The shoe horn came apart from the spring area and cut my left index finger which ultimately required 3 stitches.
