Complaint against Payless Shoes Source. Ins. File [REDACTED]; Date of Accident 11/7/04 due to separation of their shoes bottom from the top, because of lack of glue and stitching around the soles. I wore them (the shoes) maybe 3 times-all together about 1/2 a mile. 3 people handling my case, each of them repeats the same lie that shoes are worn out. I am in possesion of those shoes and I enclosed my “Analysis of those shoes.” Originally when I fell and I concussion hit me badly. Next day I went to see the store mgr. and she described my condition to [REDACTED], Risk Ins. Administrator of Payless She Source [REDACTED]. I cooperated with her. She told me that she will inform the production of Payless about the bad productivity, which caused my accident and she advised me to go any doctor anywhere and take good care of yourself and she herself will handle my case, she did not like some people’s attitude, that in my age (I’m over 90 years old.) the concussion is hard to survive in my age. The Names of 3 people, who took over the case after [REDACTED] mysteriously died. 1) [REDACTED], promised me to negotiate directly with me. He never called me until Statue of Limitation expired. After days before he called me, I told him about the statue of limitations, he ask me what the “B” stands for, I answered the on my letter to you stands for Building and I tried to talk to him-no answer. I called him back-no answer, I called his new administrator 2) [REDACTED], several times and he claimed that the lawyer and [REDACTED] (case worker) never called him in for consultation in my case. 3) [REDACTED], their lawyer, I spoke to him and I ask him to send his office analysis of thise shoes in question and I told him-explained to him how wrong is his advise to ignore my calls legally & morally. For 20 minutes of talking I heard the word yes and the end I said “we’re sending your analysis of my shoes that caused my accident-his answer was yes (twice).
