The product, in the report: Blue Jake and the Neverland Pirate Character Light up Boys Sneakers purchased from Payless Shoe Source size 9 Toddler

I purchased Boys Jake and The Neverland Pirate Light Up Shoes from Payless Shoe Source approximately 6 months ago for my [REDACTED] son. For the last 2 weeks he has complained about pain in his foot when wearing his shoes. When I felt around in his shoes, I found that both shoes had exposed metal from the light up bulb located approximately on the ball of his feet. This caused redness and pain in his feet.
