First aid Made Nov 7, 2014, sent to the company Nov 18, 2014, published by CPSC Dec 11, 2014
The product, in the report: Overland brand women’s slip-on slippers. Made of tan suede exterior and fleece lining with hard rubber soles sold at Overland leather stores.
I purchased Overland women’s slip on slippers made out of suede with fleece lining and hard rubber sole in September 2014 at the Overland store in Lake Geneva WI. The problem is that the rubber sole is made out of a material that sticks to carpet. When walking while wearing the slippers, the rubber bottom sticks and throws you forward, causing you to fall. This has occurred twice, with the second time occurring this evening. I fell, injuring my knee and elbow.
