No incident, no one hurt Made Jan 30, 2026, sent to the company Mar 3, 2026, published by CPSC Mar 17, 2026
The product, in the report: Member’s Mark Toddler Girls Rain Boot, color strawberries size 5T/6T. The pieces when broke off the boot are a dime size, a pencil eraser size and the largest is a strawberry that is just under 1” long, 1.25” high and .25” wide.
Small pieces fell off my 4yr olds rain boots less than an hour of having them. Went to return and saw that many reviews have stated a similar issue. I’m concerned as the pieces are small and create a choking hazard for a home with toddlers.
