The product, in the report: Laura Ashley infant shoes in size 3 in white with pink trim and pink and green flowers on the Velcro snap
My daughter had on Laura Ashley baby shoes size 3 in white with pink flowers. She was in her car seat. After she was putting her foot in her mouth with the shoe on, she started gagging. She was taken out of the seat immediately and given back blows. We looked in her mouth and did not see anything. She stopped choking. Ten minutes later she spit out a small plastic label that we had not seen affixed to the shoe. It was the plastic size label on the bottom of the shoe. It was very clear and not visible when we first used the shoe.
