No alterations or misuse occurred prior to the injury. The purpose of the product is childrens everyday footwear for walking and regular daily activities.

Product: Childrens footwear Brand/Manufacturer: KARL LAGERFELD PARIS SKU: AB56351657 Retailer: Burlington (if applicable)

    Description of Incident:

I am reporting a serious injury caused by defective childrens footwear manufactured by KARL LAGERFELD PARIS. The shoes were worn under normal, intended use by my minor daughter, [REDACTED], and immediately caused a severe ankle injury.

My daughter experienced significant swelling, bruising, and pain. She was medically evaluated and diagnosed with an ankle fracture. She is currently still in a walking boot, remains in pain, and continues to suffer limited mobility and disruption to daily life.

Despite submitting a formal product liability complaint to KARL LAGERFELD PARIS on October 27, 2025, the company has failed to respond, acknowledge the complaint, or initiate any investigation.

This raises serious concerns that KARL LAGERFELD PARIS may be distributing unsafe childrens footwear and failing to address known injury risks.

Injury Details: Injury to minor child Ongoing pain and suffering Medical treatment required Missed school and activities Emotional distress

I am requesting a formal investigation into this product and any prior complaints, recalls, or safety issues related to this footwear line.
