The product, in the report: White Sandals

Caller is reporting Jack & Lilly Baby Shoes/sandal, white with a leather flower that has three components, two are sewn on and a third is held by a metal grommet. Shoes are a few weeks old, worn by baby seven and a half months old.

Baby was playing in the sand box July 4th, 2011 when mother looked down at her shoes and the top portion of the flower and metal grommet were both missing.

Caller’s began frantically searching keeping in mind that baby could have swallowed this metal grommet and being afraid that it could cut her.

When caller returned to the house, and after calling the doctor, they then found the grommet on the changing table. Caller is reporting these shoes though to avoid another baby choking
