The product, in the report: Size 8 wedge shoes

This caller is reporting size 8 wedge heel shoes manufactured by iComfort purchased from a retailer in the state of Washington July 3rd, 2015.

This was the third pair of these shoes purchased after returning the first two pair; The first pair was purchased around the end of May, the sole came off the heel one week after purchase. The second pair was obtained around the first week in June as a replacement when the first pair was returned and the strap came from between the sole and the heel came loose. The third pair was obtained when the second pair was returned then the sole and the heel began separating again after two weeks of wearing. She has returned each pair of shoes as they broke but with the third return she obtained a refund. The caller is reporting these shoes as a fall safety hazard due to the potential of being thrown off balance with either of these incidents especially if descending stairs or walking on an uneven surface.

    No injuries are being reported

The caller has not contacted the manufacturer but does intend to contact them once she gains knowledge of their corporate office contact information.
