The product, in the report: Children’s sandal for girls. White straps with brown sole. Probably size 11. Zipper on back of sandal. Decorated with ornamental jewelry.
Daughter received cuts to inner part of left leg while running. Inspected sandals to see if buckle was the culprit. Discovered that the sole of the sandal had come loose, and now a rectangular metal piece was sticking out perpendicular to the sandal. The metal piece was apparently used to provide stiffness to the sole of the sandal, but because it had come loose, its sharp corners were now acting like razor blades.
