Hurt, no treatment Made Mar 26, 2021, sent to the company Apr 5, 2021, published by CPSC Apr 19, 2021
The product, in the report: Ladies gold size 8 order [REDACTED] Item No. K47-301-060 Linny Toe-Thong Sandal purchase date 6/5/2020
I purchased a pair of sandal from the company FITFLOP probably 3 months before this incidence from their website www.fitflop.com in which they specialize in comfortable shoes. I was walking to my car and the inside of the shoe broke suddenly and I fell forward. I contacted the company and the only resolution I’ve been offered is a refund. I scratched my arm up, as well as aggravated appreciating injury which in turn makes it difficult for me to walk stand and sit. This fall was the last thing I needed. It’s just appears this company is not taking responsibility they’re ignoring my emails. I believe they should pull this shoe from sales until they’ve redesigned it to not break so easily.
