  1. First aid

Made Jul 5, 2011, published by CPSC Jul 27, 2011

The product, in the report: Disney Tinkerbell flip flops, aqua blue. Purchased at the end of the season 2010, but only worn this year.

My 5 year old daughter was wearing her tinkerbell flip flops and when she jumped, the bottoms of both of her feet were severely cut by the plastic piece going into the bottom of the shoe. The gashes are identical on both feet and will definitely leave scars. She has been unable to swim on her swim team since the injury. The plastic is too hard for this type of shoe. She wasn’t doing anything that shouldn’t have been anticipated by the manufacturer or seller.
