The product, in the report: Black size 7 [REDACTED] Champion brand shoes

I wore my Champion [REDACTED] shoes two weeks ago to take a 2 mile run in. I know they are supposed to be used mostly for walking (I always wear them for work shoes and I never have a problem, even working on my feet for 12 hours) I thought it would be ok to take a short run in them, since they have a lot of padding. I now have the worst knee pain and swelling in my left knee, I have ever had in my life. I am only 34 and in good health and shape. It was so painful to work over the weekend and I can barely bend my knee or walk on it. I have to use crutches to get around to take the pressure off of my knee. I’ve been taking alot of [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] and I am still in pain. I had no idea how serious of an injury I could get from taking a light short run in these shoes. The shoes should be more properly labeled so people are aware what a serious injury they can get if used running or in high impact sports. I will never run wearing those shoes again. I would have been better off wearing my old regular sneakers to run in. Worst shoes to run in EVER!!! I would have absolutley recieved medical attention, maybe a MRI, but I do not have insurance. So I am hoping it will repair itself over the next few weeks with plenty of rest.

The product, in the report: Champions Stride-n-tone shoes, they are black with blue writing and sole.

April 2011 i did a quick sprint at a rest stop to my car where my children where located. My ankle was sore for the next few months. Come Oct 2011 I went to pick up my youngest son out of his [REDACTED] and I felt and heard a pop in my ankle. The pain then got worse over the course of the month and on the 1st of Nov I went to my primary care manager. She then sent me to the hospital in temple to get a mri. It showed a torn tendon so she sent me to a specialist. He then recommended surgery to fix the tear. Come Feb 23, 2012 I had the surgery. When he was fixing the issue he found that i had not just torn one but two tendons.

The product, in the report: Champion toning shoes with arched bottom. White, blue and silver. Size 8 1/2. New shoes, purchased around April 2011. Bought from Payless shoes in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

I was wearing the Champion Toning Shoes, and I was just walking in the grass. My foot stepped on a slightly lower area which made my foot go sideways due to the unstable bottom of the shoe with it not being evenly shaped, and it rolled my ankle sideways horribly causing me to fall down. This was about 4 weeks ago, my foot is still all badly swollen as is my ankle and in pain. I have gone to the dr. twice. They did an Xray and found it was not broken just badly sprained. I am very limited on what I can do now, I am normally very active and I can no longer do any cardio or work out at the gym, it is hard to do any house choirs or stand for more than a few min. I can’t even walk for very long and I can’t take any time off work to try to let it heal. If I am not there I don’t get paid and I can’t have my leg elivated and iced ect with trying to make a living. My ankle and foot have not healed at all and I am very upset.

The product has no warning on regarding what could happen to you and that they are dangerious. From what I am finding out on the internet a great deal of people have had broken ankles and sprains from these shoes.
