The product, in the report: Bombas slippers with grippers for men and women. These slippers have little nubs on the bottom that we think are silicone.

We received Bombas slippers with grippers for Christmas. We immediately noticed the floors in our house suddenly becoming like ice rinks! If we werent wearing the Bombas slippers, we could hardly walk on our hardwood floors without falling. For New Years, we went to our cottage out of state. We wore out new slippers. Within hours the hardwood floors there became an ice rink! This is NO exaggeration! These are slippers with what I assume are silicone nubs on the bottom. We purchased these slippers because we thought they would make walking around in our houses safer (and warmer.) Instead, both of our homes have become terribly dangerous places to walk. We are both older, and I have osteoporosis. A fall could be life changing! I contacted Bombas. They immediately refunded our money and said dont wear them if you dont feel safe. I think we need warnings on these slippers with grippers! Now we cant walk on our floors without falling if we have on socks, we are barefoot, or we have flat bottom shoes. We are going to try washing all our floors to see if we can mitigate the situation. We are throwing away the slippers.
