The product, in the report: Indoor Sauna
The consumer’s wife turned the sauna on, and the circuit breaker tripped a few seconds later. Upon further inspection of the sauna, it was discovered that the power supply was completely fried.
(approx. 6/16/2025): The consumer called the manufacturer was told that they have an old power supply and the company has a new design that they sell for: $350.00. The consumer did not purchase a new one and has been communicating with the company for the past month. This demonstrates that the company has a known issue and is not doing anything for prior owners. If he did not have an incident, he would have been aware of the new power supply. Damage was limited to the sauna.
