The product, in the report: facial steamer. color is white/blue herwe’s the link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B096VCY4MW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Also while I’m listing the “brand” i bought you can find this exact item in numerous brands on amazon probably all made in the same factory in china
the product is a facial steamer when used exactly as described it spit out small bursts of boiling water which burned my face and torso. It was still the cheapest and I’m disabled and poor so I tried to keep using it at a farther distance and pointed the nozzle straight up. After a couple weeks the inside molded, there’s no way to clean it or prevent this since it’s impossible to access the inside chamber. Breathing in mold is a really good way to get a lung infection. fyi, colorado is a very dry state with very low humdity so stuff out here almost never molds from moisture. i didn’t know you could actually report stuff until another item I’d bought was recalled
