The product, in the report: Livesauna with Fanlan JM-30w sauna heater
We bought a Livesauna on 9/25/25. It was shipped to our house. We had an electrician professionally install the heater. The first time we turned it on, it scorched the wood of the sauna cabinet. We contacted the company who said not to turn it on so high. We tried this again at a lower setting and before the sauna got hot, the heater started on fire with flames.
