The product, in the report: Vibratex Magic Wand vibrator hv-260serial number 18127
The electric cord on the vibrator failed without warning at the entrance of the electric cord to the vibrator. It shorted out and shocked me with a minor burn to my abdomen, and blew the circuit breaker in the house. I am contacting you to warn you about this hazard. A better grade of rubber in the cord or a longer reinforced taper to the design of the rubber on the cord as it exits the vibrator would have prevented this failure. Model is HV-260 Serial number is 18127
