This unit after 15-20 of first time use began to actively smoke and caught fire. Product: Homedics Therapist Select Pro Percussion Massager, Model HHP-800J, Date Code 2021-01-17. My 10 year old daughter was using the product for a sensory condition. My wife may have burned her thumb during the hurry to extinguish the device.
